Delivery Address Requirements

No PO Boxes or Parcel Collection Boxes—our hoses prefers real homes, just like you do. Please provide a physical address at checkout so your new hose kit doesn’t end up in postal limbo.

• Metro Areas: 4 - 7 business days
• WA, NT, TAS & Rural Areas: 8 - 14 business days (Yep, Australia is huge.)

🌿 New Zealand

• 10 - 28 business days (We love you, NZ, but the Tasman Sea is a tricky one.)

Delivery Process

• No signature required! Our couriers will do their best to leave your package in a safe spot.
• If there’s no secure place, they’ll take it to the nearest depot—like a timeout for packages.
• Keep an eye on your tracking link to avoid a game of "Where’s My Parcel?"
• If you ghost your parcel for 7 days, it boomerangs back to us, and a return shipping fee will apply.

Tracking Information

Once your order is booked with our courier, we’ll send you a tracking link. Use it! (Trust us, it’s better than refreshing your inbox every five minutes.) If your parcel bounces back to us, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Shipping Delays

We do our absolute best to deliver on time, but sometimes life happens—courier delays, wild weather, or a particularly slow carrier pigeon. If your order is delayed, we appreciate your patience.

1-Year Warranty on Hoses:

We offer a 1-year warranty. If your hose suffers from a manufacturing defect, we’ve got your back. But if you’ve been using it as a chew toy for your dog or treating it like a limbo stick, well… that's on you. We can’t cover those accidents. So, treat it right, and it'll treat you right!

To prevent splitting & bubbling, maximum heat & water temperature is 45 degrees.

Important Information About Our Hose Hangers:

Our metal hose hangers are built to last, but like anything left outdoors, they may develop a little rust over time. No need to worry—just give them a quick spray with rust protectant and store them undercover when possible to keep them looking their best. Please note, these hangers don’t come with a warranty, so a little care will go a long way!
