We understand the importance of customer satisfaction, which is why offer a 30-day return policy for our hose kits. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, minus the shipping costs.

To qualify for a return, the hose must be in the same condition as when it was received. It should remain unused, unmounted, and in its original plastic packaging. If these conditions are not met, your refund will be invalid.

Please note that the cost of the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

It is important to mention that slight imperfections may be present on the hanger or hose due to the production process. These imperfections are unavoidable and should not affect the overall functionality of the product. The only concern would be if the individual components are not functioning correctly.
