Metal Hose Hangers – A Little Heads-Up
Our metal hose hangers are tough but not immortal—they will develop rust over time (it’s their way of getting "vintage charm"). If you’d prefer to slow down the aging process, a rust-prevention spray will help, or just keep them somewhere cozy and undercover.
Oh, and just so we’re clear: these hangers are not covered under warranty. They do their best, but they’re not invincible.
30-Day Return Policy for Hose Kits
We want you to love your hose (as much as someone can love a hose), which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for our hose kits. If it’s not quite the hose of your dreams, you can send it back within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs, because postal workers deserve love too).
To qualify for a return, your hose must be:
- In its original condition—unused, unmounted, and free from any "test runs."
- Still in its original plastic packaging (because unboxing videos should be a one-time thing).
If your hose doesn’t meet these conditions, we won’t be able to process the refund (we’re strict, but fair). Return shipping costs are on you, though—so choose wisely!
Product Imperfections – Keepin’ It Real
Look, no one's perfect—not even our hoses. Due to the production process, you might notice some minor blemishes on the hanger or hose. These won’t affect performance, so your hose will still do its job like a champ.
However, if something is actually defective (as in, your hose refuses to hose), let us know, and we’ll sort it out.
